The owner, after a few minutes showed me one sample and pretty much sent me packing. She was late for my appointment and got rid of me as soon as she could.

My experience was excellent overall. They always returned me calls, were very friendly, and always there for us. We had a poor experience with another contractor, but Richard has been wonderful to us!
