 + -1 moreGot a phone and plan that i am satisfied with but the CSR did not want to help or answer our question her name was Kelly at the boone location.
Description of Work: I purchased a cell phone and an advanced pall plan. The customer service rep was very rude an unhelpful.

 + -1 moreThis company is a cheat. I did not ask for the service, I was forced. The BBB has only 12 complaints on them, but I know of at least 30 more unsatisfied customers. They resolved my complaint, I paid them the $350+ they wanted, then two weeks later they cut my phone off. This is not the first complaint I had. If you use this company, you do it at considerable risk.
Description of Work: Carolina West Wireless has cheated me out of my cellular contract. They are not a good company to do business with. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The salesperson lied. When confronted with this, they canceled my contract! Now I have to prove that I didn't ask for the disconnect, or they will ruin my credit. They went from an unlimited plan for $120 a month to $350 a month. If you are thinking of buying this service, DON'T. Don't say I didn't warn you.
