Got a phone and plan that i am satisfied with but the CSR did not want to help or answer our question her name was Kelly at the boone location.

This company is a cheat. I did not ask for the service, I was forced. The BBB has only 12 complaints on them, but I know of at least 30 more unsatisfied customers. They resolved my complaint, I paid them the $350+ they wanted, then two weeks later they cut my phone off. This is not the first complaint I had. If you use this company, you do it at considerable risk.
