The work was good. The trees look so much better and they cleaned up nicely. You hardly even knew they were there. But they did have a lack of communication. They said they would be there one day and they didn't show up or call. So we kept having to call them. They said they were behind from other jobs. Overall, very pleased with the work but wish they would improve their punctuality.
