I moved into a new house, but wanted a new arrangement of furniture. In doing so, I needed an electrical floor outlet installed so I wouldn't t have wires running across the floor. I also needed a chandelier installed over the new location of my dining room table. The installers spent about 3 hours doing the work which included going into the attic and crawling under the house. They worked efficiently and professionally. Four days later, I got a call saying that one of the installers thought he had installed the new switch plate in a wrong color...beige instead of white (the wall color). I hadn't even noticed until it was pointed out. Sure enough he came over and put the correct color switch plate in place. I considered this above and beyond. They really didn't have to do this, but they did. This is what makes excellent service and repeat customers. I highly recommend Booth Electric.

I got a call to schedule a time for installation which we did.
The tech arrived on time, and took out the old compactor. He pointed out to me that the previous installation had not followed "code" in installing the old compactor. It was obvious he was right after pointing out the faulty wiring. I authorized him to rewire the electrical connections. This cost me extra, but it was unavoidable in order to install the new compactor correctly. He installed the new compactor in a short time, and I was quite satisfied with the work.
The service man was polite, and even put down a protective "rug" to prevent damage to the kitchen floor. He seemed quite knowledgeable, and informative, and even seemed embarrassed about having to point out that rewireing was needed in order to finish the installation because it would cost me more.
I would use Booth Electric again.
