Horrible attitude! Made disrespectful comments about my house to my father who was there to help make sure things were done right! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

He called when he said he would, and showed-up when he said he would. He was thorough to first ask questions, then follow-up with very thorough testing and evaluation. He went above and beyond to even check circuits unrelated, just to see if we had other problems. He found some mis-wiring that had probably existed since we had our house built 21 years ago. All this was done as part of the initial call-out charge which includes the first hour. So, he is not the cheapest, but he delivers great value for the dollar. You get what you pay for, and more with this company. Highly recommended.

The work was scheduled and performed in a timely and efficient manner. I met with Ray for a quote, and he and Ricky arrived a day or two later to complete the job. Great job, nice guys, and I look forward to working with them again.



P.S. One of the outdoor low voltage lights wasn't working properly. (It's possible it got knocked with a lawn edger). I noticed it a few days later and tried to fix it myself before calling Ray. No luck. Anyway, these guys were on it the next business day.



Very pleased with this company. Plan to add more extensive outdoor lighting in the future, and J and S Electric will be handling it..

J & S ELECTRIC OF GREENSBORO had a great price. they did great work and have not had any problems with the work they did. i would use them again in the future.
