Butlers came out quick after the fire dept found the source of the bad smell was the wires in the air returned had caught on fire. The whole HVAC needed replacing. Just 3 days after ordering the new system, Mike and Andy installed the new HVAC and answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely will be using them for all my heating and air needs!

I've used them before. They put two units in for me at two different homes. My old house had three units in it. It's a family owned business and they are exceptional.

Frankie,Terry,and Billy did an outstanding job!!!They braved the extreme cold to make sure that we would have heat. They were very professional. Awesome guys!!!

We ended up fixing the pipe by our self, our cost $17.39, but Butler billed the Home Warranty Company over $284.55 and they did nothing. PURE SCAM ARTIST

"This was NOT the owner of the property, and work was NEVER actually performed here. This was a tenant who became overly irate due to the fact the Owner's Insurance Company (who we were hired by) sent us out to JUST diagnose and report findings. After discovering the tenant cut his gas line while mowing his yard (on the Gas Company's side), a full report was sent to the Owner and Insurance Company deeming the Tenant responsible for paying this since he was the one who cut the line. In the end we DID refuse to go back to this property due to the physical threats this TENANT was making to our employees. The actual owner of the property was very happy with our services that we were hired to do. Please reference our more accurate reviews by legit property owners."

We are still in the process of procuring the equipment we need for this particular issue. It has gone very well and if we need more extensive service in the future, we will definitely contact Mr. Butler to perform the service we need.

We were very pleased with everything. We called Butler's asking for a quote for a new Cooling unit. We spoke to Jamie (very nice girl) and she set up an appointment for the next day so their technician could come out and evaluate what we needed.
Wonderful Technicians!!! They arrived right on time, company van & uniforms, these guys are the real deal! They explained all of our options to us, & gave us a fair price (we had multiple quotes).
The actual install went seamlessly. They made sure to clean up after themselves as well. They even stayed after the job was done and test ran the system, just in case we had any questions.
I would refer these guys to anyone wanting professional hvac work done!
