My refrigerator was hot...not good for something that cools.
Called the repair service. They were very friendly and said they could make it out that day.
They estimated their arrival at 9:00AM, they showed up at 9:05. (Very good promptness considering they were 15 miles away.)
They diagnosed my problem and said that they unfortunately did not have any refrigerant with them. They apologized for not having any on the truck. They said 9 times out of 10 refrigerators are not just low on freon. They left to get some and were back within an hour.
They charged up my refrigerator and tested it to make sure it was cooling down. It was explained that refergirators should not leak freon, but sometimes the leak is so small that it is too hard to pinpoint. They said if it lasted a month, the leak was very small and proablbly not worth fixing. He spoke of a refrigerator they had at the shop that was made in the 1950's he said they had to charge it every 5 years.
It has been 6 months and the refrigerator is working properly.
They were very professional with their communications, dress, etc.
They took great care in keeping the area in my house clean while they were disturbing dust, water, etc.

This company did a great job. They were a little pricey, but good. They were punctual and also very professional. I recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.
