there was some problems with the wireless and the are occasional dropouts.

all went well except the phone had no dial tone. Came out and fixed it immediately (within a day)).

Ordered service when optics buried. engineer had to review. took several weeks to get clearance. once begun, work progressed quickly. had to sign a 2 year contract. only 1 outage since then, and that was brief. internet very reliable as is TV. TV quality is excellent in HD. Wish they had better DVR's. Overall very happy.
