Description of Work: Very good fiber optic internet service; very recently upgraded/changed email app that was indeed an improvement from what was pretty basic; rarely, their servers lose their connection to the internet and it may be an hour or two before it's restored and on those occasions they are not too good about status updates,

 + -1 moreOrdered service when optics buried. engineer had to review. took several weeks to get clearance. once begun, work progressed quickly. had to sign a 2 year contract. only 1 outage since then, and that was brief. internet very reliable as is TV. TV quality is excellent in HD. Wish they had better DVR's. Overall very happy.
