 + -1 moreI signed a contract for $35 a month at their store but when I got home they called me and told me they cant give me service for $35 they made a mistake and told me my bill is now $45 except the person called me back again and told me my bill is now $55 because she forgot to tell me about equipment rental. I understand equipment rental although they should have mentioned it but there was no reason I shouldn't have got the $35 first year agreement so I basically signed a two year agreement for no reason and their ripping me off but the only reason I'm still using them because their internet is amazingly good.

 + -1 moreSee above. I don't give highest marks because speed is still not what I would like. I moved up here from an area where my Comcast high-speed service was 500 Mbps. 100 is the best available at my location with Skybest. (Still, it beats the situation when we first moved here and DSL was the only wired option!) Tried satellite internet and it was as bad as DSL. So I'm generally happy with Skybest's internet service, under the circumstances.
Description of Work: I have ongoing fiber-optic 50 Mbps internet service with Skybest, bundled with landline service, at a cost of around $160 per month. (Stand-alone 50 Mbps per month is $100. It's expensive, but it's my only wired (non-satellite) high-speed option in this rural area. It's also relatively dependable. Rarely goes down. Sometimes slows down a bit, but generally problem-free. I am planning to increase my plan to the new 100 Mbps to ensure the smoothest streaming, etc.
