STEWART CONSTRUCTION

They, Stewart Construction, picked up the remaining 30% of the construction necessary to finish construction of our new home after the horrible builder " Richard Lee Schoen" left us high and dry. Richard Schoen took our money, but never finished the job and instead filed bankruptcy. Stewart Construction was able to finish our home in just under 2 months after we had been strung along by Shoen for over a year. Stewart Construction was totally professional, prompt and trustworthy, not to mention very clean and neat. The final outcome of construction that Stewart performed exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the cosmetic issues with the exterior siding could not be rectified as it was done under the construction of Schoen and not Stewart. The damage of the siding will have to remain, as the siding company i.e.; Tri City Insulation of Fayetteville refuses to correct the problems because Schoen never paid them for the work, even tho we paid Schoen. Tri City will not warranty the siding that they installed incorrectly. We highly recommend Stewart Construction for any new home construction or renovations. ( don't know why this falls in the category of fencing, should be new home construction and or renovations)
