Southern Landkeepers Inc

We kept Matt Belk's ,Southern Landkeeper, Inc, servicing our lawn from the previous owners for the past 2 years. He was often slow in getting to do some things but did do a good job when done. His rates were reasonable and he seemed friendly and happy to have the business. This past March we asked him to help cleanup some natural area beyond the existing grass area and prepare soil, install all new top soil, fertilizer and sod. It was installed (with the exception of running about 1/2 pallet short). When the remaining 1/2 pallet was installed about a week later, it was not in good shape. He assured us it would be fine once it got watered. The first month the 1/2 pallet areas struggled, but the rest of it looked good. Then everything started to decline and by June the entire area of all new sod was dead. The remaining lawn areas that were not re-sodded are all still alive and green. He has not trimmed the shrubs and bushes (as he has in the past) even after the many calls and requests to workers that mowed each week. Matt has never returned any of our calls and text messages. We are so very upset with his lack of response and carelessness in being a true professional. Even this own workers seemed embarrassed that he had not called or come out to see us when he was right here in the neighborhood. I would not recommend using his company after all of this and will need to seek legal help in having the problem solved. It was a project worth thousands of dollars.

Not too expensive, very courteous.  I’ve been very happy with them.  They are great.  They go above and beyond.  They get right to work.  I cannot say enough good about them.
