RG roofing surpassed my expectations. He showed up for the estimate when he said he would and gave me a written estimate within 24 hours. It rained on the day that the work was to be done, so he came  the next day with a larger crew who worked for over 12 hours to get it done that day. It was originally going to be a two day job, but they got it done on schedule even though we lost a day to rain. 
The workmen were responsive, respectful and did everything they could to make the job go smoothly. Overall they did great!!!

Rodolfo was able to give me an estimate over the phone based on my text photo and description.  He was able to come within 24 hrs.  His crew did beautiful work!  Since my shingles were no longer manufactured, they 'transplanted" some from the back side of my roof to cover the hole.  This ensured the the slightly different shade shingles were on the back of the house and not visible.  The repair looks flawless and is water tight.  The price was very reasonable.  Rodolfo came out to inspect the job as his crew was finishing up.  Very detailed oriented and great contractors!  Highly recommended!!!!!

A neighbor highly recommended them to us. Very responsive our phone call, came to house to do a roof assessment on a fairly new house with a minor roof leak. Small job but very responsive in assisting us. Came out several weeks later, fixed roof, job completed. No additional problems. Most impressive part he generally does large jobs, new roofs, but he took time out of his schedule to assist. We will keep him in mind for a new roof replacement in the future!

Rudy and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  They did such a great job on this roof, that we got them to replace another asphalt shingle roof on another house in October.  Both roofs are leak-free and looking fantastic.  We highly recommend both a metal roof, and RG Roofing Specialists to install it.

RG Roofing installed a new shingles on a new roof that tied in to an old roof line. They also applied aluminum to a round/conical roof as well as a few shed dormers.  The conical roof was a challenge and the men did a fabulous job on it.  We also have a couple of old unique flat roof situations that they addressed  with rubber membrane.  My experience with Rodolfo (owner) has been very pleasant.  He and his men are professional, respectful, and prompt.  As mentioned, we have a couple of old unique roof situations that have had water intrusion issues.  I have called on Rodolfo to help me and his response time has been immediate.  As we have learned, the water problem is not his roofing, but another contractors mistake.  Regardless, RG Roofing has gone beyond their duty, and scope of responsibility to assist the rectification of the underlying problem.  I highly recommend RG Roofing as a competitively priced, and extremely professional and knowledgeable company.  You cannot go wrong with RG Roofing.

Rudy was great to work with, very personable and professional.  His crew was hard-working and did a great job.  He was able to give us a great price because he has his own fabrication machine and can custom make the metal panels on-site.  The finished job looks wonderful.
After working with two other roofing companies in Raleigh in the past, we've found our new go-to guy for roofing.  Our overall experience was very good and we'd highly recommend him to others.
