It went very well.  The work was excellent and completed in a timely and very professional manner.  They did an excellent job installing toilets, a bidet seat, shower with double fixtures, a complete guest bathroom, a new laundry and repair to the old guest bath.

My water pressure has been intermittently going weak for months now, it always corrects itself eventually but I was sick of it. I called the morning of 05/29 and they were able to squeeze me in that day. Their guy was running late and they called to let me know this, which was nice. He checked my well pump, under my house and checked the toilets which turned out to have something wrong with the water level (I think he said the toilets were pumping water when they didn't need to be which could mess up my well and water pressure; apparently my well is low yield). He fixed it, told me to use the water very sparingly for a few hours to see if that fixed it and sure enough, it did. Very friendly service and that evening they called to ask how everything went.
I may have a more serious issue than just what was fixed yesterday (for that, I'll have to talk to a well expert), but as far as my immediate problem goes, they came, they saw, they conquered. Will definitely do business again.

I was having problems with my water pressure surging, and it was making one of the toilet fixtures make noise when the pressure would get stuck high (then it would go low and be almost useless). They scheduled someone to come out that week, and determined that my pressure tank needed to be replaced. I also had them replace an outdoor hose spigot that was tough to keep from leaking, it was a real pain, as it was only accessible through the crawlspace, and was installed 1and quot; from the floor (crawlspace ceiling).
The two guys who did the work did a great job, showed up on time, and were very professional. I would use them again in the future.

The day after New Years we woke up to no water. Turns out our well pump and pressure tank had died. We contacted a general contractor who happened to be doing work for us, and he recommended Wiley at Pearce Pump and Plumbing. I called Wiley early in the morning. He called me back and advised that he would do his best to fit us in since we were completely without water but needed to get to the office to check his schedule first to see what he could rearrange. He did get us in that morning and was able to determine that the pump had died (initially we weren't sure what was wrong), and he also pointed out that our pressure tank was not working properly--this is what we suspected was the problem. Wiley replaced both pressure tank and well pump--and ours is a very deep well--that morning. After he completed his work, our water pressure was incredible--our pressure tank and/or pump must have been failing for a while as we never had pressure like this the whole year we lived in the house. I would recommend Wiley and Pearce Plumbing without hesitation. He and his co-worker were professional, prompt, and courteous: did an excellent job and left us with great results. I felt his bill was very reasonable and would not hesitate to use him again.
