Extremely well.  Lenn came out to give us our initial quote for one time maintenance and biweekly service.  After a few days of getting additional quotes, Lenn's quote was the best received for the work we needed accomplished.  Lenn and his crew showed up the very same day I called and requested service.  His crew has been out once more before writing this review, and again they were very professional.  The only reason I gave them a "B" on the Responsiveness is because of their invoice department.  The initial invoice had two biweekly cuts when in fact there was only one.  After bringing it to their attention, they agree the invoice was wrong, but it has been a week and I still haven't received the new invoice.  I'm sure this will be resolved, and I am very pleased with the service they provide and would recommend them.

Lenn and his crew are amazing! Very dependable and knowledgeable! Trust him and his crew to no end! Can't say enough, they're great!

The day they were supposed to arrive was bad weather and I realized that I needed to head out and wouldn't be there to meet them so I called to let Lenn know and he told me that because of the weather that they wouldn't be coming. They came the next day but I never knew when they were going to arrive or if anyone was going to talk to me. I was busy inside and only just noticed that they were here. Later, Lenn came to the door to point something out with the work. I think it would have been nice if someone had announced that they were there. Later, there was a misunderstanding about what I had wanted done but Lenn had emailed me a detailed scope of work (above) so we were able to reference it and regardless of what I wanted, it was clearly defined in the scope of work which was fair to me. Lenn did give me a quote for the additional work and that quote was pretty reasonable but we decided not to have it done.
All the work looked really good. The grass is coming in very well without weeds and the holly's are trimmed where I couldn't reach them. The limb on the tree was trimmed poorly and Lenn said that they were going to come back with a chainsaw to take care of that. He also sprayed the smaller portions of the ivy with brush killer. When the guys came back to trim the limb, they used a cinder block on top of a bucket and were reaching overhead with the chainsaw which made me pretty nervous!

They are reliable, prompt and friendly. Their job is well done.

Lenn was punctual. His crew worked hard and cleaned up afterwards.

It went well and Lenn is very pleasant to work with.

I could not have been more pleased. All this was completed in a day. I put my house on the market shortly afterward, and the backyard turned out to be a major selling point. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner, so I could have enjoyed the results myself before moving.
