This company poured several concrete footers for the construction of my new front porch. The review is based upon their treatment of my property while performing this service. They drove a large cement truck through my front yard without my authorization. I know because I arrived during the final stage of this job. This left several indentions in the front yard due to weight of the truck. Fortunately did not leave much permanent damage but could have been worse. After speaking with another concrete company, was informed there were alternative methods to pour footers without driving through the yard. They choose not to and took the easy route.

Upon completion of the job, the cement truck pulled toward the road and stopped in the middle of yard. They proceeded to clean off the truck and left a pile of concrete in the yard. When I inquired what was going on, was informed that other contractors would clean up the debris later. As you can guess, no one during the job volunteered to remove the pile of concrete. I found out from another company, that once again, there are techniques that should have been used which would have taken more effort but not resulted in the dumping of concrete in the middle of my yard.

After closer inspection the following day, I also noticed my yard was littered with several cigarette butts. Not very professional.

Once again, this company was retained by my general contractor to perform a job. But in the process, they showed little respect for my property. I would not recommend this company for any type of work.
