He was on time, well prepared and efficient at getting the work completed. Answered my questions and patiently explained things. Very professional and polite. Excellent at keeping things as clean as possible and cleaning up when work was done. Easy to work with and provided a good breakdown of costs.

Top notch! Carl Frye was excellent to work with. From our first meeting where he offered great ideas for our master bath remodel to the last final detail, Carl and the sub contractors were outstanding! Professional, timely, quality work - we are so pleased with the results. We highly recommend Carl Frye for any project (large or small)!

We chose Frye Remodel because of his professionalism, his estimate, and his apparent knowledge of this type of project.  Carl gave an estimate in a different way - he quoted the labor and project management, along with some utilitarian basics of the job.  He left the "details" to us - the type of tile and fixtures, furnishings, etc., so we could control the cost, and choose the level of quality we wanted in those items.  There were no surprises.  
Carl and his crew were great.  They were organized, took good care of our house, and were very respectful throughout the project.  We are DIY people - this was the first time we had a contractor to do this type of project.  I was in and out of the house throughout the whole time.  Carl was the project manager and kept me informed about what was happening.    The only suggestion I have for him is to be more forthright with suggestions - I welcomed his perspective and appreciated his knowledge and experience.  I needed guidance on the best places to go - he's so kind that he was hesitant to make recommendations.  When I followed the recommendations he made, they were really good.  And everywhere I went, I heard praise for him - apparently he's easy to work with in the community. 
His team was not only really good at their work, they were good folks.  I felt comfortable having them in my  house.  They all greeted me every time they came and always said goodbye when they were done.
And their work was great - the tile is gorgeous, the counters are perfect, and the glass on the shower is exactly what we wanted.  Everyone was respectful of our home and us - and each other.  
I will absolutely recommend him to others, and if we venture into more projects, Carl will be the first person I'll call.

Carl and his team was fantastic!! Great to work with, very responsive and thoughtful throughout the remodel. He brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table and made some outstanding suggestions which we are extremely happy with. He was onsite 90% of the time throughout the remodel and did a lot himself. We would highly recommend him.

Well. Carl is extremely accommodating & worked with us through several changes & multiple delays (not his fault). His subs were efficient, helped to make the bath temporarily usable during a family visit & were personable. The contractor was the best - extremely meticulous & courteous.

Carl always did his best to make sure that we were happy with the results of his parts of our remodel. Even when things didn't go as planned, Carl did everything he could to make sure our project stayed on time and on budget. We recommend him highly.

Carl Frye is fabulous. Easy to work with, nice temperament, highly skilled and experienced. He wants his customers to be happy, he cares about doing a high-quality job, and has the experience to achieve a great result.
Carl remodeled our kitchen several years ago, and his craftsmanship has held up amazingly well over time. Everything fits together nicely. His tile work was flawless. Cabinetry fits perfectly. He hires subcontractors who know what they're doing and closely oversees their work. He fixes anything you're not happy with. Prices are extremely fair. No haggling needed.
I'm planning to hire him again. He's especially good if you know what you want, and need someone to execute to your vision. If you're looking for interior design services (not his strong suit), Carl will refer you to his contacts with those skills. If you want to see a detailed timeline of what will be done and when, Carl is not your guy. He organizes everything in his head, so you just have to trust him. I did, and he delivered.
