Upstairs AC stopped working (original system; 20 years old). They had made prior repairs over last few years to keep the system going, both to the outside AC unit and the gas furnace in the attic. Owner Chris came out to inspect and confirmed the system was no longer repairable and had to be replaced. He explained why the replacement was necessary and was clear about the proposed schedule based on turnaround from the manufacturer, etc. They met the proposed schedule and left the job site clean.

They left the area clean and it took them about one hour to complete the job. The workers that came out were very nice.
