Receptionist were rude and not willing to assist in any way! Or offer any solutions other than to state that the warrenty was expired! So much for pride in work or willingness to explore possible new solutions!

We had an outdoor faucet that was broken - it has a plastic cap - and we wanted an additional exterior faucet installed. We obtained a quote and got the service within two days. The plumber, Claude, did a great job with the installation and cleaned up the debris afterward. Would definitely use this company again.

My home is a year old and there has been no plumbing problems so I feel they did the job they were hired to do. I get hot water easily, there is good water pressure and no leaks. I was not familiar with the actual workers since there were many subs working here during construction. My home was around $150,000 and my builder paid all the subs.

The pipe in the bathroom wall broke during the night and on a weekend so this was an emergency call we placed. The serviceman was quick to respond and brought with him everything he needed to correct the situation. We were very pleased with the fast response and the quality replacement he provided. We recommend them highly.

Since we moved in, we have not had any issues with the plumbing or fixtures in our new home. Our builder paid them and dealt with them on a daily basis. I personally paid the builder around $175,000 for my home.

I was not here to observe them working during construction because there were so many subs working at once. I do know that when we moved in, all the faucets worked properly, and there were no leaks or drips. I feel they must have done a good job because we have encountered no plumbing related problems. My builder paid all the subs.

We had used them in the past and had very good experiences with them. We were happy to know that they were the ones doing the plumbing work. We talked to them over the phone and then again at our house. The main boss even showed up after the work was completed to make sure the guys did a good job. That is the kind of great respect that the people from this company give to you. I really don't know how much they charged for their work as it was all in one bill to the main contractor who was building our house. We paid about 220000 dollars for the actual home.

They were timely in their arrival at each juncture we needed them throughout the construction process. All the work they performed went smoothly. They used quality pipes and did quality work. We highly recommend their services.

We have never had any complaints regarding our plumbing. They used high quality materials. It was all fully completed on time before we moved in. There has never been any leaks, so even though I never met any of them, I feel they did do a good job. My builder had hired and paid them. Our home was over $150,000.

I was pleased with Carnell's because whenever I was speaking with them they were friendly, very descriptive about the work they were doing, and very conscious of informing me about what was going on while my home was being built. In terms of what we paid them, that would have been included in what we paid for our home in total, which was between two and three hundred thousand dollars. Now, out of that price, the builder would have paid Carnell's directly for the agreed upon rate. So, while I actually did pay the company in one respect, I could not comment on what percentage was paid to Carnell's directly for their work. What I can say, is that I would recommend them to others who are looking for a company who will communicate with you on a regular basis, who will use good time management to complete their work and who seem to really take pride in the work that they do.
