The floor refinishing part was fine--problem was that no one bothered to mask the painted quarter round--and stain was slung all over it. And this house was being shown for sale! Rufus promised repeatedly that "his painters" would go back to fix their mess, but no one ever showed. Eventually, my Realtor and his wife wound up painting the quarter round in order to get a sale completed. What complete lack of professionalism! Unfortunately, I had already paid in full before anyone realized what a shoddy job had been done. Use these people at your own risk!
