Incredible!!!! The crew was very competent. I took a tour of the work in mid job and was very impressed about the quality of the materials and work performed. Other companies recommended less expensive solutions but I am fully convinced that the solution that Atlantic Foundation and Repair was what was required to get the job done and keep my home safe long term.

Tom was easily accessible. We compared quotes. Although he wasn't the cheapest, he is the gold standard in this area. His crews were professional, showed up on time, completed the work and so far so good. They repaired a heck of a mess for us. We are relieved.

Not too good! They jacked the house up too high and got all of my doors out of square, broke my marble Fireplace and broke the flooring along with creating numerous wall and fireplace fractures. We agreed to give it until July to allow for settling. If on 7/1/2017 we still have issues, we'll ask Tom to make us whole. Stay tuned for the results.

Initially everything went pretty well, but when a problem arose we found that Tom Holland was reluctant to fix his crew"s mistakes. We still have an issue with our floor, which he has been evading for the past six months. He started out by telling me it would settle itself. When that didn't happen, he told me it was probably just built up mortar under the tile. He assured me that when we took up the tile in preparation for our contractor to lay a new floor, the problem would be solved. If it wasn't, he assured me he would come out right away and take care of it. That didn't happen either. I called him five times over the following two days before he told me that there was nothing he could do about it. In the meantime, our tile guy was waiting to do the job. We ended up having to cancel our time with the tile guy and wait two weeks with a torn up kitchen until the tile guy had a free appointment. If Tom had been straight with us from the start, I wouldn't be writing this bad review right now.

Tom came out and took some measurements inside the house to see if there was any variance in the depth of the floor. It showed everything looked good. He then did the same in the garage and determined the foundation is fine and nothing was wrong with the house. He gave us peace of mind that the foundation is stable and explained what was causing the crack. He is very personable and took his time with us.

They did the work fine but the results I am very unhappy with. After they put in the jack I have more cracks on the inside than I had before. I wished I wouldn't have done it now. I called them to come out and the owner came out and explained to me the only way to get that out was to jack up the roof to the house. So what he was saying was the part that he jacked up was now level and everything else is falling away from it. If he would have told me that to begin with I wouldn't have done it. I looked into a lot of different people. I had like 5 different people come out and all of that so I'm very unhappy because it was very expensive.

It was a pretty expensive deal that they had to do. I can call anytime on his cellphone. Anytime he will come over if we got problems. Very responsive. He is a licensed structural engineer. He and his father own the firm. He knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable. His license is on the line on every job he does. When they left the place they left it better than what they found it. We had several quotes and they are very reasonable.

Tom Holland came out and checked under our house. He gave us an estimate and we scheduled the job. The workers were on time and very professional. The work was done in two days and the job site was completely cleaned up. Our floors feel firm and level. We had one question afterwards and Tom Holland came right out and checked with us. We are pleased and finally have level floors.
