The AllPro crew went to work immediately upon arrival at 10:30AM and began the job of clearing the space, dragging out all the debris.
Once clear, the floor surface was raked smooth and treated with an anti mildew agent.
Applied foam block insulation and sealed all vents
Applied thick foam insulation where there had been gaps left when the home was constructed.
Applied the thick premium vapor barrier to all walls and wrapped all piers.
Re-routed the condensation lines from the air conditioner, set the pump and tested for proper drainage outside.
Applied the thick premium vapor barrier to the floor of the crawlspace and connected it to the base of the walls and piers.
Installed the industrial grade dehumidifier in the crawlspace on leveled concrete disks and routed the drain line through the foundation and away from the house.
