We had some exceptionally high electric bills after another company installed a new heat pump. After several attempts to get this fixed and going through several companies, we called Ken. After a few minutes under the house, he determined that the problem was with the duct work. The folks who installed it failed to seal the duct work. Not only that, but they had left dampers in place and had junctions that severely inhibited the flow of air. Ken re-worked the duct work and brought the electric bill down significantly. The fee has been recovered many times over.
