The company started the work on the planned day and finished the work in three days.  They did a good job cleaning up after the job.  The overall look of the job was good.  However, we discovered later that some of the work was poorly done.  We had serious leaks around a skylight during a rainstorm the day after the job was finished.  In response to my telephone call, workers from the company came back to reseal around the skylight but all they did was add more caulking.  A couple weeks later, I dismantled the skylight to clean up the mess they made and sealed it correctly myself.  Over the years since the roof replacement, we have leaks around the chimney and around the roof vents. I did not call the company back about these issues due doubts about their ability to fix them correctly.
