The cleaners were really nice and really helpful as people: they just didn't get my house clean enough. They covered all the ground and gave it a good once over, but if there was a water ring on the table they dusted, they left the ring because they "dusted it." If the counter was wiped, but the peanut butter smudge was still there, they had "wiped it" and so on.
When I pointed out that my idea was that the floor was to be clean, not that mopping had been done, I got, "If that's what YOU want." As if most people don't care if their homes are clean and I am the only one who thinks it's not okay to leave cat hair on the carpet because they ran the vacuum over it once and it didn't come off.
When I realized I was waiting for them to leave so I could clean the house, I was done. I came up with an excuse and told them not to come back.
On a secondary note: it took more than a month after they were done before the bills came for their work.
We get houses in very bad condition, and need a company that will clean thoroughly. They do the job well and make sure we're happy. We may have one to five houses we need cleaning each month and they are there for us. Whether it is a difficult cleaning or just a final clean before we sell a house, T and T Cleaning takes care of it so we don't have to worry about it.
