I found Geri here on Angie's List looking for a mortgage broker for an FHA Loan. Although we did not qualify for the loan Geri was friendly and professional through the entire process. We will be using her again in a couple years once we have cleaned up our own mess. Thank you Geri!

Geri Ray was referred to me by our realtor. From our initial call to the day of closing, Geri was extraordinarily professional, courteous and upfront about everything. I was doubtful that I could qualify for a good loan with a low down-payment, but Geri insisted that it could happen after looking over all my information. We ended up with a conventional mortgage at 3.75% with 5% down - an amazing rate considering my middling credit scores.
When you work with Geri, you'll be getting a pro that has years of experience recognizing pitfalls and knowing intuitively what will and won't fly with lenders. I'd heard so many nightmares from others about the underwriting process and being asked for a ton of information you aren't prepared to provide. Geri had already identified all the weak spots in my application and gotten that information upfront such that the underwriter had only one small request for us.
Overall, Geri was amazing - the amount of work she put into making this happen for us was incredible. I can't say enough good things about her. The best part is that she's also a warm and friendly person.
