The guy is really, really nice. I think he's very honest. He is also helpful. He has helped me in my other house. I had a frozen pipe in the house that I moved out of. I was told by somebody that the furnace needed to be replaced, and he told me that it did not have to be replaced. He tells you when it isn't necessary to spend money.
