JOHN BUZENBERG

I was living in Raleigh, and got a job offer in Asheville. I contacted John from a friend's reference. I initially looked at houses online, that John would send me in emails. I would narrow down which ones I liked. John would try and find out all he could before I came up for the house hunting trips. We tried for 3 weekends, and probably looked at about 30 houses before we found the one I bought. John helped immensely with buying this house at a distance. He went above and beyond what a regular agent would do. We made an offer on one house, and the buyer was being difficult. We changed our minds and started house-hunting again. We made an offer on another house. After going back/forth with the contract 4 times, we signed the purchase agreement. John worked with us through the whole process, always keeping our best interests in mind. John is calm and patient. He didn't try to push us into something that would not work for us. He is an experienced and gifted agent.
