They were superior. He was timely, contractors were courteous, they did their job extremely well and he gave us what he said he would. He met his deadlines. We could communicate with him and he was prompt in his responses. His estimate to build this house was on target. We did not have to spend a whole lot of money with extras that were not included. He was a wee bit more than someone else. His price includes a lot more things than an average estimate would include. He performs and meets his dollar amount. He exceeded our expectations. He did things that we did not know that he was going to do and when we asked about it, he said that it was already done. He was exceptional. I would use him again and I would highly recommend him.
