Used this company for a renovation project and they damaged my driveway and a front Stone pillar. After four months with no response this company won’t correct the issue or own up to the damaged they caused. Do not use this company unless you want them to damage your property and not own up to it.

On October 14th of 2010 I called CWS and had a waste container brought to the house we were renovating. At that time I submitted a check for $400 as a deposit. I promptly paid their subsequent invoices on October 30th ($271.50), December 14th ($214.50), and February 17th ($217.96). On 2/1/2011I received an invoice for $64.65. Since we had finished demolition, I called and spoke to them and after several attempts, finally had the dumpster removed. I asked them to deduct the final invoice from my deposit. I?m still waiting for my check in the amount of $335.35. To add insult to injury, a month later I received another invoice for $64.65 to which interest was added. I called and spoke to them on Monday April 4th. The woman I spoke to said she would forward my message to the accountant for resolution and that the accountant would be calling me the following morning. No one called. Out of frustration, I wrote a letter detailing my experience and asked for the balance of the deposit. Since I no longer trusted their staff I sent the letter by certified mail so I have legal proof that they had received it and that this matter would be settled promptly. I have yet to hear from them 5 days later.
