They were wonderful. I am actually going to write a testimony on their website because I had such a positive experience living there. I have heard a lot of negative landlord stories but I have not heard the positive ones. They own many rentals. The price really depends on what type of unit I rent. They were very responsive. If I ever had any kind of issue, they responded not within days but within an hour. They had a maintenance staff and they were just wonderful. They were also very flexible and I did not take advantage of their willingness to work with their tenants but they were nice. At one time, I had to make my rent payment 3 days late and they had no problems with that. Whenever I called them up, I immediately got a call back. Their price was reasonable. The quality was good as it was a great apartment. I would rate them highly and will use them in the future if needed.
