Scott Kraft did a very good job, as usual. This is the second time I have used him and both times we discussed the objectives and goals and he did exactly what we discussed in a timely manner. He cleans up very well and does a very professional job. I like Scott because he discusses things with you prior to doing the work and then discusses what was done afterwards with you again.

We have used him for years. His prices are reasonable. We live in an addition that has rules and he follows them. He keeps us aware of issues he finds. He keeps you informed of when he is coming out and he arrives on time.

Scott and his team are highly professional and service oriented. An absolute pleasure to work with and very fairly priced. Based on the dryness of the summer our creek was down significantly and it was easiest to access the limbs that needed clearing from the creek. We were concerned rains would come with fall so Scott made a special effort to come out and clear this up without cutting into his current customers on the waiting list - i.e., on his own time. He did a great job cutting and clearing exactly as requested and his price was very reasonable. He also provides us with mulch when he is in the area and can drop us a load. I can't say enough good things about Scott and his services

We've been working with Scott for over 5 years & he is our go to guy when we have work to be done. Professional & Knowledgeable. Scott charges a fair hourly rate & "works" the entire time he is on the clock. Job site is clean when he's done. Many of our neighbors now use him too. Highly recommend!

Scott is an arborist and takes time to trim or prune to do the job right. He also leaves a very clean work site. Scott charges by the hour (I feel a very fair rate) and "works" the entire time. He is are go to guy, and several others in our development now us him also. We've been working with Scott for at least 5 years. Highly recommend.

They were great. They came when they said they would, and got a significant amount done in the allotted time. They were careful about protecting understory and nearby plants, lowering large limbs with ropes to avoid damage. They answered my questions about some potentially problem trees, and they cleaned everything up and even cut the logs to the right size for my woodstove.

The crew was on time, prepared to work, friendly and gracious. Everyone was knowledgeable, very careful and took care to explain why some trees and shrubs were beneficial and other were invasive and needed to go.

We have had Scott perform other work for us and it always goes well. He took the tree down one morning (and also added the removal of a cedar for me) and came back another day to do the grinding. Since I already had a replacement tree for the spot where the cherry tree was he also amended the soil and planted the new tree. Before grinding the shallow roots he had to dig up some of the grass around them. I was very impressed that he saved the sod clumps and replanted them afterwards. They are growing well.

ArborCare arrived in the afternoon as agreed (ArborCare called ahead and we had a discussion) - Scott Kraft, the owner, has done this service yearly - usually in the Spring - this year, we had other work being done on our home and scheduled the work for the Summer - Scott and his assistant spent the afternoon doing the work - they found and showed us some other needed work we weren't aware of - all brush and tree limbs and debris was ground up and deposited in an area below our retaining wall - this was agreed to in advance - sometimes, with larger trees, limbs and cuttings, Scott has taken them to the County transfer station - all in all, another fine job and we are certainly totally satisfied with ArborCare of Asheville's work.-

Scott is and his crew are the hardest working people you will ever meet. Scott loves trees and is an artist with a chainsaw. He is an expert climber and true professional in the tree service industry.

After some delays due to rain storms and damage to other trees in the area they came when agreed and performed the work in one day. cleanup after the job left the yard like nothing had ever been done. Price was a expected and I would use again.

I have an odd tree that was here when we bought the house. It was supposed to be a weeping cherry, but prior owners allowed half of the current tree to grow from the root stock. I want to remove that half, but it is too large to take down at one time, for the look and health of the tree. Scott suggested removing a section at a time, over several years to allow the weeping tree part to fill in. This is what we have begun.

We have used them several times, and they do a great job. He is an actual arborist. He is very knowledgable about trees and the yard. He is very professional, on time, and very reasonable. He is can do just about anything in the yard. After he is done, he cleans up very well. He is happy and willing to do small and large jobs.

The owner's name is Scott Kraft. He is a nice person to deal with. Everybody likes his personality and the job that he does. He is very professional, honest and his prices are fine. They removed some trees and cleaned up after themselves.
