I honestly don't know what I enjoyed the most. The keys that were expertly made, or the conversation I had with one of the most pleasant men I have ever met. I guess I needed the keys, but I will long remember the MAN known affectionately as Moose. Priceless!

Mr Burleson not only repaired the latch, he left it working better than it ever has since I purchased my home. He is courteous, expert, timely and responded to my call quickly. I heartily recommend him, and will definitely use him again should the need arise.

Moose promptly returned my calls. Because he was asked to do more work at the job prior to our appointment, he couldn't make our original appointment time. He called well in advance to let me know this and explain the situation. He showed up exactly on schedule the next day. He was friendly and professional. We discussed a few different ways to do the job. He was very clear in pointing out the pros and cons of each alternative. He finished quickly, and left no mess.
All keys worked smoothly in every lock he re-keyed. This had been a problem with a prior a locksmith. When he told me the final cost, I had to ask if he remembered to include everything. I could not believe how reasonable the cost was. I rarely write reviews. This was one time that I made sure to write a review. I recommend him highly. Our dog liked him as well.

They did a great job. They were here on time, they did a lot of work, you know fixed a lot of little problems. Their price was fair. They did a whole lot for what they charged. It saved me. What would take me five hours on a Saturday they did in an hour and a half.

Renovation work was done on our house, including replacing all exterior doors and hardware. After the reno, we wanted all the lock cylinders rekeyed for a new key. Mouse from Action Lock arranged an appointment time, came to our house on time, and worked efficiently to replace the cylinders. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. Would definitely use him again for any locksmith work.
