Ace Heating & Cooling

He was really good. I'll call him again when I need some work done. He was great. He didn't even charge me. He fixed something momentarily until I could call in an electrician to put in a new box.

One unit did not blow cold air, and the other unit had a heating problem from late last spring. They fixed both and were done in a couple hours. Easy to work with, and honest guys. I have used them for many years. They installed 4 units in my business many years ago and they still run fine.

I was referred to Ace by a friend when my A/C went out. I called and spoke with Steve Metcalf and set up an appointment to have it checked. The next day Mr. Metcalf arrived on schedule, was very thorough, and polite. He ordered a new unit for me and when the unit arrived, he and his helper brought it out and installed it. They were thorough, professional and very polite. They immediately set to work and had it installed and working in record time.
I will definitely recommend this company to all my associates, as they did excellent work at a reasonable price!

Heat pump was not putting out cool air. Ace came, when he said he'd come, and diagnosed that the timer was not responding at all in order to kick on the compressor. He replaced the timer, and the unit is working again! I thought we might have to replace our pump, as our other one has been dead for a while, but Ace did the work to get the heat pump up and working again!!
