The man who did the sharpening wouldn't look up and wouldn't talk to me. When he did finally look at me, he was very rude. I was surprised as I had been waiting along with 3 other people (all of us were very polite and patient) for almost 10 minutes while he did paperwork right in front of us. One man finally left, I wish I had also. He ruined the blade on my chainsaw and I had to buy a new one.
