In November 2014, I called WNC HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING for a water leak coming from my furnace. He was not available to stopped by until a week later. At my request he changed out the condensate pump. The leak still persisted. He called another fellow and went further into the furnace. He found a cracked fitting. He drove at least 60 miles round trip for purchase the replacement fitting. The next day the water leak was back. I called him and he told be he would not be pushed into returning. He never returned. I called MB Hayes a competitor. Their fellow found the furnace was unleveled. He leveled it and the water leak problem was solved. MB Hayes charged $255 for 2 hrs. travel and 1 hour labor time.
I liked Mr. Hyde, WNC HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. He is an honest man. However, he was unable to solve the water leak problem and was a reluctant vendor. I will not call him again because of his inability to solve my furnace issue.
I like MB Hayes because they were able to fix the problem right away.
I found WNC Heating on Angies list and called them,
WNC came out the same day and gave me an estimate. They performed the work the next day.
The other companies said they could not install new systems, none of them even suggested repairs, for at least a week
