The Superior Finish

Robin and Carol at Superior Finish have provided excellent service to me over the past two years. Most recently, I had two chairs reupholstered and eleven pillows made. The workmanship is excellent in all respects. Previously, they have reupholstered eight dining chairs with hide and fabric, as well as five euro pillows. With much enthusiasm, I recommend Superior Finish for your next decorating project.

Took the existing canopy cover in to serve as pattern. Picked out material. They said someone would call me within 3 days and probably have the canopy finished. 2 weeks passed and no call. i called them and was told it would take another week. Nothing on week 3. Week 4 I called them back and they said it would be another week. Week 5 I called back and they said it was ready. I picked it up in a bag, paid for it, took it home, took out of the bag.........my material; much too small..........would NOT fit my canopy. Next day as I was driving canopy back to store, I got a phone call and they realized their mistake. They had a new person sewing they said and she used my material and someone else's pattern.

Took canopy back. They had MY canopy made but NOT my material. I was willing to accept that material because it matched and I was not willing to wait any longer. Took canopy back home; tried to fit on my frame; would NOT fit! Too short. I called and they said bring canopy and frame to them. I took canopy, frame, and 2 end cap screws and the lady told me to leave everything and they would sew an additional piece of fabric on the end and put on my frame. 2 weeks later they called saying my canopy was ready. Went to pick it up and a gentleman told me I was missing 2 screws that he went to Lowe's and bought and bought a couple of extras if I wanted to pay for them all. I told him I provided the screws and they should have them.

END OF STORY: He did not charge me for the screws since they lost them. I would use them again because a canopy is difficult to sew and it does look ok and the price was very reasonable. From what I saw in the storeroom, their quality of work is excellent.

Sue is such a joy to work with.
She has been in this business for a very long time, it shows, she and her staff are very good at what they do.
We made an appointment to meet with her at our house, she met with us, measured for the blinds, made suggestions, gave us a quote and ordered them.
They were installed, and we Love them.
I have also had Sue to upholster some chairs and cushions for me, Great job.
This company is a One Stop Shop.

Sue came to the home, measured the windows, made suggestions . I met with her the next day at her business, selected the type of blinds that I needed, got a quote which was very reasonable, ordered the blinds. I was very pleased with the professionalism. Sue has been in business for years and it shows, she is very good at the selections and listening to what you want and finding that product for you. I will definitely us Superior Finish again.

I have now ordered, and received, two sets of floor to ceiling, custom made, pleated drapes from Superior Finish. I just finished ordering the first of three more window treatments. The work to date has been absolutely impeccable. The work has been done in a very timely manner, and they keep in touch. If there is a delay for some reason, they will call and let you know and tell you why. They will get any and all window and upholstery work I might have. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the quality you get.

They have very fair prices.

There were errors in the measurements for the bedding, so it had to be reworked. In attempting to resolve this issue,I found the responsible person at the company to be less than pleasant. Overall, more communication would have been helpful.
