Power washing was done to our satisfaction. Stain application was a disaster. He did not mix the stain before applying to deck. Two different colors completely. All work will have to be redone in the spring.

He is really sweet. He is really nice. He does sort of what you ask him to do. But he, I don't know  well how to put this besides cookie jar is not all the way for. When you need to communicate with him, you have to be very specific. I think he may have a learning disability which is fine. The work he did for like, once I've used him two or three times, and now that I know how to communicate with him, things are great. It's just because of the way he learns, you just have to be very specific. I used him to cut my grass, and so, like when I said, "Can you do my yard?" He was like, "Yeah". But then when I came home after he had done it, I called him, and I'm like "Well, I've missed and I've not explained some things well". And so, he came back over and he fixed it for free which was great. I had to say, "Okay, I want you to cut, hear and then use your little blower to blow off the grass onto". So, I had him sort of do like step by step instructions. But once I gave it to him, he was great. I would totally use him again. I am continuing to use him. When he does it what you wanted to be done, it looks good. You just have to be very clear. I got about three different quotes before I used him, and he charges me half of everybody else is going to charge.

Very well.  he was punctual and did exactly what he said.

It went very well.  Steve can come back anytime and we will be calling him again.

Steven showed up as schedulesd to see what needed to be done and provided estimate for the work. He arrived promptly the next day to complete the work which was done as expected.

He was courteous and professional. He had to use a weedeater for my entire yard and he watched out for my flowers and plants. I intend to use his services again.

Overall I'd reccomend Steven!
