The quality of construction and materials is excellent. Fit and finish, paint color matching, touchup work: excellent. Work was completed as agreed, on time, and within budget. Builder paid excellent attention to detail and quality of work. The finished product is exactly as we had hoped it would be. The construction crew was respectful of the existing townhouse and exterior property, cleaning up trash and debris daily. They did a final clean-up of construction dust, etc. of the new room and the existing adjacent interior areas at the end of the project. The project was subject to approval of the homeowner's association and there were no problems in this respect. The builder was extremely helpful in working through options and was easily accessible throughout the project. To a person, the members of the construction crew were courteous, and respectful.
