THEN two days later as they were working in my downstairs and I was upstairs in the shower so I could not hear them they were cursing me and complaining that I was too picky because I kept finding mistakes that they had made in their work. What they did not realize was that my sister was here and she heard the entire discussion. She went downstairs asked if they wanted coffee or anything else to drink and after that they stopped talking.
Their work on the actually flooding was giood although they had to come and pump out the downstairs of 6 plus inches twice because they did not find the cause of the water. Their repair work was inferior and I had to hire another contractor to re-do what they had done. When wall panels were taken off it turned out that they had also out the insulation in backwards.
Some items of mine had gone missing and since I could not prove that they had not been trashed nothing was done about it. I do NOT recommend ServPro of Haywood & Transylvania Counties.
