It took them 5 days to come, rescheduling every day... once came they started working without giving a total estimate! while they were working! my husband heard them saying to each other that "he's probably a doctor" & when it came time to pay they charged him 618$..

The first service was on Sunday, 5-25-2014, due to a commode that would not flush. The representative called and said he would be at our house in 1 - 1 1/2 hours. He came and fixed the problem within 30 minutes after he arrived. Very professonal repairman, quick service. We talked to him about getting a new commode installed because of the age of the existing commode. He quoted the price and told us he could install it when we were ready to do so.. When he came the second time, he removed the old commode, replaced it with a new one, and was finished within 30-40 minutes. Mike Miller was the Roto Rooter representative. He was very knowledgable, efficient, and professional.. We would definitely ask for him if we needed additional services.
