Perfectly. I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the service representative and the pricing was very fair. This company installed this heat pump and all the duct work about 10 years ago and I have never had any problems with it. I wouldalways call them to do my AC work.

They were prompt, professional and hard working men. They did an excellent job. They made sure to get our opinion on placement. They also explained everything. We have a 12 year warranty.

We were almost three weeks without heat except for the mediocre and expensive "emergency" heat. Fortunately, the temperature outside remained mild. A couple of ceramic heaters and a fireplace kept the inside temperature tolerable. Due to some complications the install took two days. At 3pm on the second day, the installation was completed, the snow began to fall and the temperatures began to plummet. As we woke up on the second day after completion, the thermometer read negative 3. Parkway did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.

Came same day as I called, and worked for a little over an hour (only charged for an hour, though).
Very nice and professional, and the overall cost was much less than expected.
He said he'd come back in two weeks (for free) and verify that everything is fine. If he doesn't follow through, I'll update this review.

We've never had a heat pump before and didn't even know where the inside unit was housed. (It was behind a fake wall in our laundry room.). The service was handled efficiently and Jason answered all of our questions and made some recommendations to make it easier to change our air filters.

Selwyn was very thorough, measuring each room and other factors to determine exactly the size of ductwork and system that was needed to support the load for the house both in winter and summer.  Upgraded to a larger system for almost the same cost, and he volunteered some rebates that came about after his first estimate was submitted.  They were done in about a week without the benefit of electricity or lighting, and were careful to run the ductwork in a way that it wasn't disruptive to the flow of the house or the open attic, and in a way that would accommodate more insulation without moving anything.  He doesn't do electrical work, but he did just about everything else.  Spent hours measuring and calculating, not only on his first visit, but when he came back to show us what he was recommending and why - very thorough, and the price was in line with other systems I have worked with that were rated a lot lower in efficiency. He also removed and hauled away the old oil furnace.
