I never even met Frank- we talked via phone and email. He promptly went to my house, called me with the estimate and performed the service. I was very worried about the hemlocks but one month later they have new growth and are looking healthy. Thank you Frank for your services and saving my hemlocks! I had been having someone else spray them but they were unreliable and as a result the trees got infected. I am appreciative of Frank's professional and prompt services.

He's straight all around. He's done a lot for me, and he's always been really responsive and has done a really great job. He's worked for us for a long period of time, maybe four or five years. We have over 120 acres and our trees were getting sick. He treated them and all our trees are doing beautifully today. I've also had him cut down dead trees for us and sprayed for unwanted weeds. He's also fertilized some of our other trees and has done some other landscaping projects for us. He did the landscaping where a lot of the indigenous plants were a part of it. He's taking care of our trees that are close to our road. He hires and maintains high-quality people. Some of his workers have bachelors and masters degrees. I enjoy the people he brings with him to do the work. He's trustworthy and his prices are fair, for the work he's doing.

I really like Frank. He employs top quality people. I trust him. He has always been responsive to my needs and does what he says he will do.

Prompt callback to set appt for 2 days later. Arrived as scheduled and treated hemlocks. Said they will be fine now. Very reasonable and dependable. Neighbors had used them with same results and experience.

Written contract was fulfilled per expected. Very professional.

Hemlock Healers Inc. are great. It's been a couple of years since they planted them, and all the Hemlocks are alive and looking great. The price seemed a little high, but it was actually reasonable, considering the price of the chemicals they have to use. They were very respectful and easy to work with and personable. He did what he said he'd do.

They are very prompt in responding to my call. They explained very well what the treatment entails.

Although we asked 3 times for Frank to look at all the trees on a property that we had just bought, he didn't appear interested in doing anything other than treating the hemlocks. He finally looked at some of the trees, but didn't provide helpful information. We also asked for some dead branches to be cut down when they came to treat the hemlocks. When the worker showed up, he had not brought a vehicle he could haul the branches away with. He stated he would return the next day to pick them up. I had to make 2 phone calls on the 3rd day before he finally returned to haul them off, even though we'd already paid their invoice.

He measures the diameter of the trunks to determine the cost and then uses a tool to put the treatment in the ground around the roots. I recommend him for your treatment needs. He was very pleasant and efficient.

Went very well. There was a crew of three who quickly did the work. Frank also looked all over our yard to see how the other species of trees are doing (we have a lot). We have dogs and are confident that the hemlock treatment will not harm animals since the injections go directly to the tree roots. They will do a check-up on the trees in six months, and if further work is needed then it will be free.
