Wayne Woodall was very courteous and pleasant. Our schedule was very tight, and he was good about getting the work done quickly. He especially likes to tile and did a good job tiling. He is a fast painter and even repainted one area when the paint color was unsatisfactory. However, the plumbing job was only so-so. A substantial mistake was made in one installation that had to be rectified by someone else. He was contracted to install an overhead fixture and never returned to do so, even though he was called, emailed, and written several times. He never returned our calls. He also failed to remove any of the construction trash. After waiting over a month for him to remove it, we paid someone $80.00 to haul the trash to the dump. Because of that unethical conduct, we would not hire him again.
