Mom has lived in Mills River since 1979 and will be downsizing and relocating to Baltimore, Md to be near relatives. She specified what she wanted to keep and instructed me (son) to sell house and contents. We called several estate buyers and the only business interested was Frog Pond. Evone gave us a quote, detailed purchase prices, (Less labor) for everything removed, house will be broom swept when complete. She did a good job. You need to specify what is not to be removed. We specified all appliances,window treatments, and an exterior bench and had NO problems. They did remove a permanently installed door knocker on the front door, leaving a quarter inch hole in the door.
The work was performed on schedule and we were satisfied. I would recommend this company.
