Edisto first made a personal visit to our home to insure they could install the new tank. This was done at no charge. They then dispatched a service tech to install the tank a few days later. The service tech was on-time, extremely nice and did excellent work. He fully inspected the tank, regulator, line and gas fireplace to make sure there were no leaks. Before leaving he made sure we had no outstanding questions or concerns.
