David returned my call quickly the same day and had a crew out within 30 minutes of that callback. The guys were courteous and efficient and fixed the pipe immediately. The price was reasonable and I really appreciated the quick service.

I was very well-satisfied. He's very good. He has reasonable prices and he does quality work. David Grasty is excellent. It was reasonable compared to what other plumbers would have charged. I've recommended him to some people. He came out on short notice and spent some time doing manual labor. He did quality work and I was very impressed.

He seemed very competent and worked quickly. He came to my house, looked at the damaged water line and, because the crack was close to the faucet, he recommended patching the line instead of replacing the line and faucet (the latter of which would have involved cutting through a plaster wall at significant expense). Once the decision was made, he soldered the crack in the line and and then tested it for leaks (there were none). The entire process took less than a half hour and I felt his charges were extremely reasonable.

He was very professional, flexible, and offered free services. My expectations were exceeded.

All went well and the work was done in relativ ely short order, cleaned up, billed and paid without and quot;hitchand quot;. Overall a good experience.

David Grasty Plumbing is a very professional plumbing company. From the time that I met them I could tell they were conscientious. It is hard to find a company that cares about your home as much as you do (or almost). Thy pulled out our old toilet and discarded it for us. We have wood floors so they were careful not to track dirt in and they put something down to protect the floors while going back and forth. They cleaned up any mess and water that was left. You would never know anyone had done anything except that we now had a new toilet. They were clean cut, professional in their language, and just down right good ole boys. We enjoyed having them in our home and would recommend them to anyone. It is very hard to find a company that will actually come when they tell you they will. We have found that out over the years. They are in the Waynesville area.

I contacted Mr. Grasty after word of mouth references from friends and the positive reviews here on Angie's List. Spoke with him on a Sunday evening about several ongoing plumbing issues-his crew arrived promptly on Monday morning and had the work finished in a few hours. They replaced our kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, bath/shower knobs, and installed a water turn off valve in the basement. Mr. Grasty's crew was quiet, clean, and very courteous. We developed a leak after a few days with the new kitchen hardware; Mr. Grasty stopped what he was doing across the county to come fix the problem. My family couldn't be happier with the work these guys did, and will defiantly be calling on them again for all our plumbing needs!

I really like this company. They are prompt, which can be unusual for plumbers. I've found them to be reliable and reasonably priced. I think they have high integrity, and I'll certainly continue to hire them as needed.

I felt that it was a good price. They were timely in their response. The work was of good quality. They conducted themselves well while they were here. I was pleased with them overall.

Our experience with him was very positive. We spent around $100 on that work. They came out when I called them and both time he was reasonably priced and came right out and did the work.

I wanted a local company rather than one traveling from Hendersonville or Asheville. I first got word of mouth recommendations, but none of those returned calls. So I checked Angies List (should have done it first) and saw David's recommendation. He promptly returned my call, and got back in touch with me to set an appointment as he promised. James and Daniel arrived ahead of time and quickly assessed the situation. I thought I had one leak, but found out there were four. They made as small a hole in the ceiling as possible to properly repair the pipes and also gave me a recommendation for someone to do the drywall repairs. After they completed their work they cleaned the entire area of drywall dust, water, and debris. They then helped me porperly secure the pipes so no further damage could occur as the house is currently unoccupied. Great job!
