+ 0 moreCaldwell did a incredible job putting a propane tank into the ground for us. The best thing was the follow up from Erik, the professionalism, and prompt service we received. I also have been getting my firewood from the Caldwell's for many years and have never had any issues. As a retired Veteran I can rely on the Caldwells for all my outdoor requirements. Thanks.. + 0 moreDid some research on the employees, and oh boy am I glad i did. Cody, tanner and all of the boys on this team under 30 are nasty sinners. Company needs to hire professionals not cheap parties.

+ 0 moreThe third time fixed most of the problems. The rest just goes with living in the mountains.
Description of Work: Caldwell did excavation work for an addition to our home several years ago. We had drainage problems afterward, and Caldwell came back once to try to fix the problem. The didn't work. Recently he arranged to have the drainage pipes relocated, etc. and everything seems fine. John shows great "follow through" skills, persistence.

+ -1 moreI believe the excavator is a good, hard worker but he underbid on the job, lost interest, and got lazy at the very end of the project. He very successfully dug out a basement to our new dining room but the backfill has settled and our driveway is now a huge mess. Also, he put in three rows of huge rocks for a terraced garden, and those rocks have started slipping in some places. I figure it is going to cost us $2000 minimum to correct the slope and drainage problems left behind by the excavator's work. I have attempted to contact him but he will not respond.
Description of Work: Excavate for rock gardens and foundation for room addition.
