Billy really made our home buying experience enjoyable. His patience was endless as we searched for that and quot;just rightand quot; house. He is very honest. He steered us away, at the risk of losing a sale, from some of the properties because of things we didn't notice, or didn't know, about the property or area. He has spent many years in Haywood County so he knows it like the back of his hand - not only the area but the subdivisions, neighborhoods, and he even knows the history of many of the properties.
When we finally made an offer on our home he worked diligently (over a weekend) to help us get it at the lowest possible price. After an agreement was reached with the seller he guided us through the settlement process all the way through closing. During that time he contacted us often when information was needed or just to let us know how things were progressing.
If we ever decide to sell our home we will definitely list it with Billy and if we ever buy in this area again we wouldn't consider using anyone other than him.

Billy's knowledge of the area was great. He helped us find a vacation home that suited our needs in only a few weeks. When we called him to ask questions, Billy ALWAYS called us back on the same day. The closing went smoothly with no surprises.
