Larry was very responsive and came to our house several times. He did not charge us for all of these service visits. He returned calls and was always polite. He worked h****** the motor, and I have no problem with the work he did. He made a good argument for replacing the motor. He simply was not able to further accurately diagnose and correct the problem. We still are unplugging and resetting our hot tub daily.

I had no complaints. The job was fine. The clean up and service was adequate.

Larry Herr came out and fixed it. He assured me that if I had any further problems he would come back out and fixed them right away. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and I will definitely use him again.
