Great! Everyone is always wonderful with us and our pets (3 dogs and 2 cats). Dr Burtis has been their doctor their whole lives, and she and all the other vets and staff are great! We also board a lot, and they take very good care of our babies... They also arrange for them to come home with fresh grooms from Reigning Cats & Dogs! Definitely recommend!

They did an excellent job in taking care of her. If I had another pet I would go back there. It is a professional office and they were a very caring veterinarians. They explained everything and took excellent care of the animal.

They messed up the billing and wanted to charge us more. We earned 1 nights of free boarding. They were not helpful at checkout. Their staff continues to be rude and lie for their owner. I went to see Jason (owner) and they told me he was not available. I then asked if he was in the building and they said no so I asked for Dr. Burtis and all of a sudden Jason shows up?????????
We had an incident last year and as a result of how crude his staff was, two of his staff were fired. Stay away from this place.

I was happy with them. They have very nice staff and they are always available; you call call and say I want to see you and they will see you right away. They are very good with animals.

They have a great veterinarian. Their prices are very standard and very competitive. They are pleasant when you come in, and come in and pet your dog. The physician and the techs are really great.
Just that they are very personable and that you feel very safe taking your cat there, I have a lot of faith, knowing that they are going to treat my pet well.

I have been using them for two and a half years. They have always been wonderful for me. They are extremely courteous and have a great staff. When you walk in you feel like family. They have always tried to find the best prices for me.

We have went to Waxhaw Animal Hospital quite a few times. The hospital is excellent! They are very reasonably priced, especially for around the area. Some of the other hospitals are really expensive. They really care about the animals. They go the extra mile to provide their medical experties, care for the animals, and the owners of the animals. My friend brought their animal in that needed 24 hour care, and they are not a 24 hour care facility. One of the doctor's brought my friend's animal home with their permission. She stayed up with it all night long, so that the animal would get the care that they needed. They never charged my friend for that around the clock care. They are very up front about the medical expenses. They try to work with you if you don't have the financial means to provide the treatment. It is a business, but they really put a lot of emphasis on their clients. It shows that they love doing what they do. I will not take my animals anywhere else.
